- Based at RAF Grafton Underwood (Station 106), Kettering, England.
- Flew as “Lucky Thirteen”.
- Shot down near Beauvais, France, September 6, 1943.
Parts salvaged at crash site by Garard Lequien, circa 2000.
Ray Moore/Hangar 13 Inc, Asheville, NC, 2009-2025.
- Parts used as the basis for composite project as WWII memorial.
