Built at Aldermanston Factory.
- Sent to Rolls Royce Hucknall Factory. Prepared for cold weather testing. June 1945.
Delivered to Royal Air Force as TZ138.
- Accepted by No. 47 Maintenance Unit @ RAF Station Sealand.
- Transported to Canada on the S.S. Alder Province. November 11, 1945.
- TZ138 Arrives by train in Edmonton. December 20, 1945 by 24 all unloaded +spares.
- First test flight carried out by F/L Laubman. January 25, 1946 testing begins.
- North West Air Command. February 11 1946.
- On display in Edmonton. May 5, 1946.
- In Calgary Airshow July 9 and grounded in Penhold while enroute to Winnipeg July 9 - 11, 1946.
- Testing stops October/ November and resumes in December 1946.
- Engine Replaced June 1946.
- @ Fort Nelson, British Columbia. 2nd trails began on January 13, 1947.

- Damaged prop at The Pas - Pilot Baudoux February 17, 1947. RNFAA team
   dispatched from Churchill with spares to replace broken prop 19th,
   trial flight by M. Hayward R.N. with skis flown to Churchill on the 28th.
